$8.50 per Stop + $0.25 per km | Weekly Pay | Home Daily
Steele’s is hiring Courier Drivers for our busy Edmonton terminal. We offer full‑time and part‑time opportunities for drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service and working independently on the road.

Pay Structure
Our courier pay model is simple and fair:
- $8.50 per stop
- $0.25 per km
Earn more with route density and consistent performance.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and pick up parcels within Edmonton and surrounding areas
- Use our driver app for navigation and dispatch updates
- Provide friendly and professional service
- Handle packages safely and efficiently
Driver Requirements
We hire both Company Drivers and Independent Contractors.
All Drivers Must Have:
- Valid Class 5 licence
- Clean 3–5 year driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Smartphone with data for dispatch app use
Independent Contractors Must Also Have:
- A reliable cargo van, minivan, SUV, or small commercial vehicle
- Proof of commercial vehicle insurance
- Business registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Their own WCB coverage
