· Respond to inquiries, follow up on open quotes and convert opportunities into profitable business.
· Develop existing customer relationships and identify additional freight opportunities.
· Support customer proposals, contract renewals, RFQs and new business development.
· Track quote activity, conversion, customer feedback and lost-business reasons in the CRM.
What you bring
· At least 3 years in transportation pricing, freight rating, rate administration, LTL quotations or related inside sales.
· Direct experience preparing or calculating LTL rates; working knowledge of both CWT and pallet-based pricing.
· Understanding of freight tariffs, weight breaks, minimums, fuel and accessorial charges.
· Excellent numerical skills, accuracy, organization and customer communication.

What we offer

· Employee benefits and permanent, full-time employment.
· Collaborative team environment with opportunities to grow.
· A meaningful role in the growth of an established Alberta transportation company.
